- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time, or missed appointments, may be charged in full to cover reserved time and resources.
Ongoing Maintenance Services
For recurring or ongoing maintenance packages:
- You may request changes to your service plan (such as frequency or scope) by contacting us in advance of the next scheduled visit.
- If you wish to cancel an ongoing service agreement, please provide reasonable written notice as specified in your individual service agreement or proposal.
- Any work already completed or in progress at the time of cancellation may still be billed in accordance with the agreed terms.
Refund Requests
